Alicia Navarro is Founder and CEO of Skimbit (www.skimbit.com), a social decision-making tool based in London.
With 10 years of internet application product management experience, she believes in designing web applications that are appealing, useful, and behave ethically. She has worked for Vodafone, IBM, and an O2 funded startup, and started Skimbit 2 years ago in Australia, moving operations to London a year ago.
Skimbit is an innovative web application, offering a visual bookmarking site that lets users create their own comparison sites, defining their own decision-making criteria and collecting the content from around the web.
The Skimbit Publisher Network lets affiliates and other publishers add a white-label version of Skimbit to their site, so they can add an instant community that creates user-generated content that can earn you more revenue through our innovative monetisation platform.
Skimbit were chosen by Web Mission 08 as one of the top 20 UK based start-ups.
