Doug has spent many years being a bum traveller round the world and returned to the UK in 2002. In 2003 Doug managed to buy www.carrentals.co.uk and launched the site from a bedroom and with no funding. Since then it has grown into a business with over 20 million pounds in sales anually, using almost only online methods. Recently the company has began to develope www.recycle.co.uk, www.overseas.com.au and a large number of other websites globally. They have recently purchased www.promotions.co.uk and will make it into a promotions web site and also offer a white labels promotions offering to other web site owners.

Doug cannot write code, does not run any ppc, outsources everything he can, turns everything into a process and likes to ramble on his blog about any old junk on his mind.
