Nora Nanayakkara Director of Business Development
Nora has worked in the online industry for over five years and has brokered more than £1 million worth of domain sales for Sedo. As director of business development for UK and Ireland, Nora established Sedo’s UK presence in November 2007 and has since been at the forefront of new client acquisitions and effective business development strategy.
Nora is frequently quoted as a domain expert in titles such as the The Times, The Observer, The Telegraph, Web User, Brand Republic and more.
Prior to her current role, Nora was the International Operations director at Sedo’s German headquarters, where she managed the domain monetisation (PPC) teams for Sedo’s English-speaking global market.
Nora speaks fluent German and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Joint BA in European Studies and German. She is an active member of Nominet’s Policy Advisory Body (PAB), helping to guide future policy for .uk domain holders and channel feedback from its 2,800 members.
